Pricing Policy
This website www.Celebryt.com and its mobile application “Celebryt” is owned by
Grammyo Connect Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act,
2013 with its registered office at No- 3A, DNS Layout, 2nd Cross, Sacred Hearts,
TC Palya, Bengaluru – 560036, operating under the brand name, Celebryt.
Your subscription and usage of Celebryt are governed by the following pricing policy (“Policy”) including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of Celebryt, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Policy.
For the purpose of this Policy, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who uses Celebryt. The term "We", "Us", "Our", “Company” shall mean Celebryt.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
1. Users can register in Celebryt, at free of cost and shall access and use Celebryt at free of cost, for a period of one (1) year from the date of their registration. After the said period of one (1) year, Users shall access and/or use Celebryt by paying a subscription fee of Rs. 499/- or Rs. 699/- or such fees as shown in Celebryt (“Subscription fee”) payable on yearly basis, which is subject to modifications by Celebryt from time to time, without prior notice. However, any such modification of Subscription Fee will not affect the existing subscriptions whose payment have been completed before the announcement/publication/intimation of such modifications.
2. Users may have the option of choosing their subscription period, in the form and manner as suggested by Celebryt, whose Subscription Fee shall be calculated based on the subscription period chosen, with or without the options of ffers/concessions/discounts applicable, for such period as provided by Celebryt.
3. Celebryt shall always have absolute rights, to add/propose/change/alter/modify the nature of subscription including but not limited to access or restrictions to certain facilities or services of Celebryt etc., Subscription fee and their mode of payment, manner of subscription, range of subscription packages etc.
1. Users shall access and/or use certain special services/facilities provided by Celebryt including but not limited to advertisements, promotions, campaigns, profile highlights etc., by paying service fee (“Service Fee”), based on the nature of the service availed, in the form and manner as prescribed by Celebryt, which is subject to modifications by Celebryt from time to time, without prior notice.
2. Users catering advertisements/paid promotions/paid campaigns etc., on behalf of other Users or any third parties, from their registered account shall adhere to the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Regulations and any other Rules, Regulations and laws, that may be applicable including but not limited to the laws of India and Celebryt shall reserve its rights to remove or block any posts/promotions/advertisements/campaigns which are against the applicable law for the time being in force and/or Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Pricing Policy of Celebryt.
1. In case of cancellation of registration, subscription or subscription to any services, of Celebryt, Users hereby acknowledge that the Subscription Fee or Service Fee paid by the Users shall not be refunded at any cost.

Celebryt explicitly disclaims any and all liability for any credit or debit of money from Your (Bank) account upon the negligence and/or mistakes and/or any fraudulent/deceiving transactions of/by the Users and/or owing to any technical issues/errors/mistakes on behalf of the banks or any third party payment facilitators and payment aggregators.
2. Celebryt has availed the services of PhonePe, for aggregating and facilitating payment of Subscription Fee and Service Fee made through Celebryt. Users hereby acknowledge that they have completely read and consciously agree to the ‘Terms of Use’ of PhonePe, given in https://www.phonepe.com/terms-conditions
1. This Policy is subject to changes from time to time and in the sole discretion of Celebryt. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions on ‘Celebryt’. All notice of any such changes or modifications will be posted on ‘Celebryt’ for thirty (30) days and will be notified to the Users in accordance with the Rules, 2021. Users are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes. Your continued use of ‘Celebryt’ following the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
1. This Policy shall be governed and construed under the laws of India, without any reference to its conflict of law rules and the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In case of any disputes or differences between the Users and Celebryt, the same shall be resolved by Conciliation in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If the said disputes or differences are not settled by Conciliation, the Parties shall resolve them by Arbitration in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

V.Amendments:
