1. Policy Objective

This policy outlines Celebryt’s zero-tolerance stance against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any related acts conducted or promoted through the platform. It ensures compliance with Indian laws such as:

- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012
- Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 67B)
- IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
- Other applicable Indian laws and global best practices

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users of Celebryt, including but not limited to:

- Content creators
- Viewers or consumers
- Administrators and moderators
- Third-party vendors or partners
It is applicable across all features, including content uploads, messages, forums, and live interactions.

3. What Cons/tutes CSAE

Any of the following may be treated as Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation:

- Uploading, sharing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or contacting minors with intent of sexual exploitation
- Using the platform to facilitate or promote abuse
- Depictions of children in sexualized, obscene, or exploitative manners
- Sharing real or deepfake imagery involving minors in an exploitative context

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Celebryt]:

- Hosting or linking to CSAM
- Soliciting, blackmailing, or grooming minors
- Sharing personal contact info to approach minors for illicit acts
- Misrepresenting age to interact with children
- Using AI-generated content involving children in a sexual context

5. Detec/on and Repor/ng Mechanism

- Automated Detection: Use of AI/ML-based moderation tools to identify and block CSAE content
- Human Moderation: Active content monitoring by trained safety teams
- User Reporting: Users can report suspected CSAE content via [Insert Reporting Mechanism]
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We will report any CSAE cases to National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in) and appropriate law enforcement agencies as required by law.

6. Ac/on on Viola/ons

Upon detection or receipt of CSAE reports:

- Immediate removal of the content
- Permanent ban of the user account(s) involved
- Reporting to relevant authorities (e.g., NCPCR, law enforcement)
- Preservation of evidence logs as per legal requirements

7. Compliance with Indian Laws

We comply with:

- Section 67B of the IT Act, 2000 (punishes publishing/transmitting sexually explicit material involving children)
- POCSO Act, 2012 (protects children under 18 from sexual offences)
- IT Rules, 2021 (mandates prompt removal of CSAM and reporting to authorities) 

8. Awareness and Training

- Periodic training for moderators and staff on CSAE identi`ication and reporting
- In-app awareness for users on safe online behavior
- Collaborations with child safety NGOs and legal experts

9. Data Reten/on & Evidence Handling

Content and metadata of `lagged material may be preserved for up to 180 days or as legally mandated for investigation

- All logs and evidence are securely stored and shared only with legally authorized bodies

10. User Responsibility

Users must:

- Avoid sharing or engaging with any CSAE-related content
- Immediately report any suspicious activity
- Understand that violations may lead to legal consequences
